ROCCO
Fermented and aged in wooden barrels for 12 months, it evokes the tradition of the Valtenesi of the early twentieth century. With an intense, spicy and soft taste, it retains its flavor much longer than other rosés.
Preparation
Light maceration, fermentation in 500. lt French oak tonneaux with first-pass wood. The processing continues with the aging of the wine in tonneaux with wood second pass.

Nose
Rich and complex. Notes of vanilla, spices, strawberry, peach.
Palate
So and velvety, it leaves a retro taste of strawberry, vanilla and coconut.
